We allow purchase orders (payment by check) for pre-approved organizations and schools that cannot use credit card or PayPal payment methods.
Purchase Order Process 1st time
- Create a ticket for "Billing and Order Support" in this Support Portal. Request any information you need from us. For quote purposes, 1-year or 2-year subscriptions do not auto renew. We will provide a W9 with our company information including Tax ID number on request. There is no extra fee for processing purchase orders.
- Allow up to 1 week for us to process your request from Step 1 to Step 3 below.
- After we approve your request and send you what you need, confirm via email to billing@careerkey.org
- the assessment quantity (# of subscriptions) you want to purchase and total you expect to pay
- your organization name, billing address and billing contact person
- your purchase order number (if known)
- We will email you an invoice that includes:
- Everything in #2
- One-time coupon code to use during checkout for a credit equal to your invoiced amount; our payment processing system requires using a credit card or PayPal at sign up, but we will not charge it when you use this coupon code.
- Our full contact information including phone number.
- Sign up by clicking the buy button on the Independent Consultants page, depending on which product you want to purchase. Use the coupon code we provide you.
