You can only be signed into and access one Career Key account at a time, so you need to sign out of each account before trying to activate or access a different account (see #1 below).


The account used to purchase Career Key is called the primary account. If you purchased for others (sponsored them), then they each create a secondary account.


To activate a secondary Career Key account, either the primary account holder or each sponsored discoverer can do the following:

  1. Visit www.ckdiscovery.careerkey.org and make sure your computer is signed out of any Career Key account. If you're signed into an account, go to the top right and choose Log Out to sign out.
  2. Click on the activation link in one of the invitation emails and create an account. When you do so, you choose a password. You will be guided to take the assessment.

Repeat #1 and #2 to activate and access the next secondary account.
